My Ministry Goals: To equip new believers with discipleship tools so that they will be able to grow spiritually. To encourage everyone I meet; to refresh every inmate with living water from the Lord. To be approachable and to walk alongside the men so that they see the depth of Christ’s love in me.
My Passion: To not waste my life. My life verse is “However, I consider my life worth nothing to me, if only I may finish the race and complete the task the Lord Jesus has given me–the task of testifying to the gospel of God’s grace.” (Acts 20:24) The calling often drives me. Just knowing that God has called me to this task makes me want to do it with all my heart. Another driving force is the ignorance of so many men in prison not understanding the love and grace of God. I want so badly for them to come to the light and to see God for who He really is.
Hobbies/Activities I Enjoy for Refreshment: Dates with my wife, walks along the beach at midnight, projects around the house, nature photography, dreaming big, reading a book with a cup of hot chocolate on a rainy day, traveling. |
