1. The associate affirms the mission statement of We Care and expresses agreement with its Statement of Faith.
    
2. The associate agrees to follow the directives and requests of the We Care administration so long as this agreement remains in effect.
    
3. The associate grants We Care the right to make inquiries of prison administrative personnel regarding his job performance and activities.
    
4. We Care agrees to provide the associate with fellowship and counsel as needed or requested in good faith.
    
5. We Care will list the associate in its personnel directories and will include him in its information distribution to personnel.
    
6. We Care will invite the associate to participate in staff days and other special training for prison personnel.
    
7. Both parties will recognize the work of the associate as being “in affiliation with” or “under the supervision of” We Care.
    
8. This agreement makes no financial commitment between the parties.
